I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a Kitchens and Bathrooms contract in Coventry. This is a permanent position from day one with a tier 1 contractor with a national presence.
the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will be required to:
- Manage DLO and Subcontractors
- Organise the workloads of operatives
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered
- Liaise with tenants and the client regularly
- Ensure H&S is adhered to
- Pre and Post inspections
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms that:
- Holds their CSCS Black or White Card
- Holds their SMSTS
- Has experience with Social Housing Refurb contracts
- Has experience with Kitchen and Bathroom Programmes
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
and in return, the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will receive:
- £44,000 - £48,000 a year salary
- £5,000 car allowance

- 26 days annual leave + bank holiday
