Key Responsibilities as the Contracts Manager:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of social housing planned works sites.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and health & safety documentation.
Lead site meetings and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience working on social housing
SMSTS or SSSTS qualified
Full UK driving license (company van provided).
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
Must be within a commutable distance of Bristol
Desirable criteria for the Contracts Manager:
Knowledge or experience in decarbonization (decarb) projects and/or solar installations.
Familiarity with social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
