Are you passionate about engaging with tenants and ensuring their voices are heard? We're seeking a dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer to join our Clients team for a 6-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a housing environment, focusing on tenant support and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary contact point for tenants, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
Facilitate open and effective communication between tenants and the housing team, ensuring clarity around project timelines and service updates.
Support the planning and coordination of tenant services, including repair schedules and feedback on community projects.
Conduct tenant visits to resolve issues related to repairs, adaptations, and other housing services, ensuring tenants feel supported throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, ensuring all updates are logged and accessible to the team.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar Tenant Liaison Officer role or a position focused on tenant or customer support.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage tenant expectations.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with housing management systems.
A full driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
