We are currently working with one of our long standing clients to onboard a Housing Officer to join their Customer Service team on a 12 month FTC.
The requirements for this Housing Officer role are:
Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches as well as the ability to oversee and work on case management
Experience triaging complex housing queries that come in, making sure you are responding to the customer's needs
Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
The benefits of this Housing Officer role:
Salary of £32,000-35,000 DOE.
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
