Key Responsibilities:
- Address tenancy disputes and breaches, including issues related to anti-social behaviour, hate crimes, and domestic violence.
- Enforce tenancy conditions through appropriate actions and support interventions for tenancy sustainment.
- Manage legal proceedings related to tenancy enforcement, representing at court hearings when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records on tenancy cases, ensuring timely response to service requests.
- Foster relationships with other agencies, tenants, and council officers to support high-quality tenancy management services.
- Basic knowledge of housing law and current housing issues.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, customer service, and IT.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Full driving license required.
