We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Category Manager to lead procurement strategies and manage key supplier relationships within a rapidly growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans
Lead tendering processes in compliance with Public Contract Regulations 2015
Drive performance across category-specific contracts and supplier relationships
Provide expert guidance in public sector procurement
Support and develop team members for optimal results
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in public sector procurement with ideally CIPS membership
Proven track record in category management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience in managing large-scale procurement projects
Leadership qualities with potential for future team management
