We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a housing association based in the Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Officer, you will be:
Completing site audits across contractors work and providing them with recommendations on the ways in which they can improve their levels of compliance and health and safety.
Conducting accident and incident investigations
Supporting the wider team reviewing health and safety policies and procedures, health and safety queries, audits and providing recommendations
Qualifications / Experience:
Previous experience working with the big 6 of compliance
Health and Safety background
Experience working with a large property portfolio
Previous experience working on a wide range of multi sites
NEBOSH qualification
