I am looking for an Asset Manager to join a housing association in the Leeds Area. The Asset Manager will report to the Head of Assets and be responsible for the delivery of programmes of work that fit with corporate objectives and align with asset and sustainability strategies.
Asset Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing the 9.5mil repairs budgets Manage the performance of this budget and work with the financial teams Oversee the appointed contractor, attend meeting appraisals and performance reviews
Asset Manager requirements:
Property background and a knowledge of social housing repairs
Overseen contractors
Managed a budget of similar values
