Repairs Administrator Monday to Friday/ 37 hrs Northalllerton £16.48 hourly rate paid weekly via umbrella
As an Repairs Administrator, you will be: • Scheduling maintenance and repairs work • Opening and closing work orders • Allocating work to engineers and adjusting as required • Liaising with third parties as required • Raising purchase orders to sub contractors • Ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately
To be successful as an Repairs Administrator, you will: • Have good customer service skills • Have previous experience in administrative roles such as operations coordinator, business support officer, admin assistant • Be willing to work in office based role • Scheduler/ coordinator/ repairs planner/ maintenance coordinator experience would be useful.
