I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to complete a 5 month contract around south birmingham for one of the largest housing associations in the west midlands.

The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include:
- Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes
- Dealing with emergency repairs
- Routine repairs
- Responding to prearranged repair appointments
- Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis
As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:
- Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing
- Own van
- Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
- Social housing experience

- Competitive market rates with 45p per mile cover
