Customer Care Operative
Leamington Spa 20 - 21 per hour Contract

I'm looking for a Multi Trade Operative for Customer Care works on a domestic new build site in Rugby and Warwick.
This is an ongoing contract and the role will entail snagging, finishing and performing basic reactive maintenance in newly built homes, which will include:
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Decorating
- Mastic/Sealing
- Making Good
I'm looking for Multi Trades for this Customer Care role that have:
- Their own transport
- Their own tools
- a CSCS Card
- experience in a maintenance role
and in return, the Customer Care Multi Trade will receive:
- £20 per hour
- Mileage expenses if travelling to other sites
- Ongoing Work
