I'm looking for a Multi Trade for maintenance works within care homes around the country. This is a nationwide role and can involve staying away Monday to Friday.
***THERE ARE A NUMBER OF PROJECTS COMING UP WORKING AROUND NOTTINGHAM, STOKE AND WORCESTER YOU CAN WORK ON IF YOU'D PREFER NOT TO WORK AWAY*** (Door to Door pay still applies)
However, they are paying you your hourly rate after the first half hour of travel, as well as mileage expenses, hotel/B&B paid for, and a nightly meal allowance. There is also early finishes on a Friday so you can get back home at a reasonable hour.
The Multi Trade will NEED to be double jabbed, as you're working within live care homes around vulnerable and elderly residents.
The Successful Multi Trade will be required to undertake larger scale repairs and planned maintenance within care homes, which will include:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch Plastering
Tiling
Decorating
Kitchen Fitting
Bathroom Fitting
And I'd expect the successful Multi Trade to have:
Both covid vaccination jabs (this is now a legal requirement to work within care homes)
City and Guilds or an NVQ in their main trade
Their own transport
Their own tools
Experience in either Care Home or Social Housing Maintenance
and, in return, the successful Multi Trade will receive:
£20 per hour
Paid the hourly rate after the first half hour of travel
Mileage expenses
Hotel, B&B and Nightly Meal Allowance paid when staying away from home
Long term work
