As the Director of Property, you will oversee the development and redevelopment of construction projects and the maintenance and repairs of current buildings. Through this hybrid role, You will take lead in maintaining a highly efficient workplace, creating the systems, structures and processes. The Director of Property role aims to hold the core values of the company focused on delivering the best value for the occupants.
Take lead on the project management of the organisations construction, development and redevelopment projects, maximising efficiency and best value through innovative and effective use of available resources
Take lead on all aspects of the reactive and planned repairs and maintenance agenda across the organisation. As Director of Property creating systems and processes that support the delivery of required operational performance will be a key aim.
Take lead on the collation of data and generation of reports as necessary to inform and assure the Board via the Property Development Committee, Independent Development Company and Health & Safety Forum.
Requirements for the role of Director of Property:
Knowledge and experience of working within the Asset, Development, Facilities Management arena within a comparable or similar sector.
Degree qualified in an Asset, Facilities Management or Construction discipline.
Experience of developing Asset Management Strategies for diverse and dispersed portfolios.
