One of the biggest social housing contractors in the country have successfully tendered for some key projects to go ahead and are looking for two experienced Site Managers to oversee those particular contracts. The projects are in relation to planned maintenance work, overseeing Kitchen and Bathroom refurbs.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Kitchen and Bathroom refurbs within the North Midlands region.

The Successful Site Manager will be responsible for the following:
Manage onsite Trades and Sub-contractors
Ensure that health and safety is maintained at all times.
Making sure that work deadlines are adhered to

Proven past record of working to the spec, programme and budget
Hold a SMSTS
Hold a First Aid at Work
old a Full Driving Licence
