Join a well-established contractor working within social housing as a Multi-Trade Operative, covering Bristol and the surrounding areas. This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum of 12 months' work and the potential to go permanent.
I’d love to hear from anyone with experience in plumbing, wet room installations, kitchen fitting and multi-trade property maintenance.

The Multi-Trade Operative role is offering:

£190–£210 per day
Minimum 12 months' work
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Training provided
Immediate start available

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

Carrying out wet room installations in tenanted social housing properties
Completing kitchen fitting and associated maintenance work
Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
Carrying out general multi-trade repairs as required
Working professionally in occupied homes and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous plumbing experience
Experience carrying out multi-trade maintenance and installations
Wet room and kitchen fitting experience
Previous experience working within social housing
Confidence working in occupied properties and dealing with residents
A reliable and professional approach to their work
