As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- Carry out a wide range of multi-trade property maintenance works across domestic and commercial properties.
- Complete reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects to a high standard.
- Utilise a broad trade skill set, including carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, decorating, and general property repairs.
- Work independently and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship.
- Travel across Bristol and Bath, with occasional travel to locations including Bridgend, Cheltenham, Swindon, Exeter, and Yeovil.
- Work on-site Monday to Friday, with expected hours of 8:00am–5:30pm.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Over 5 years’ experience working within the trade.
- Strong multi-trade skills with experience in two or more disciplines.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience working across both domestic and commercial properties.
- The ability and flexibility to work across the Bristol and Bath areas.
