As an Electrician, you will be:
Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
Completing testing works on a schedule of rates basis
Identifying and completing additional electrical repairs where required
Working across DE4, DE6 and nearby areas
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 testing and inspection qualification
A full UK driving licence
Experience working in social housing
