We are currently working in partnership with a well-established social housing provider to recruit an experienced Housing Officer for an exciting opportunity within a busy neighbourhood team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer:
- Manage a general needs housing patch with full accountability
- Deliver end-to-end tenancy management, including rent, ASB, and estate issues
- Lead on rent collection and arrears recovery, driving performance improvements
- Carry out home visits and build strong tenant relationships
- Conduct estate inspections and ensure high neighbourhood standards
- Enforce tenancy agreements, addressing breaches professionally and consistently
- Support team delivery through collaborative working and shared priorities

- Experienced Housing Officer or Tenancy Management professional
- Strong background in rent collection and arrears management
- Confident managing a full housing patch independently
- Comfortable carrying out home visits and estate inspections
