As a Site Manager, you will be:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of Internal and external works
- Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub-contractors
- Oversee the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
- Manage your own diary and schedule.
- Sign off completed work to high-quality standards
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed-if not, follow up to ensure compliance
I'd love to speak to Site Manager who has:
- Experience in social housing or domestic
- Experience in planned works
- SMSTS
- Clean Driving License
- Clean DBS Check
This role is offering the following benefits
- Transport and fuel will be arranged
- Mon-Fri (8-5pm/ 40hours)
- Temp to Perm – Salary £45,000
- Bristol (office/ site based)
This Site Manager is offering an hourly rate of £33 per hour.
