A well-established Social Housing contractor is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their company to support the voids and repairs programmes.
Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract type: Contract based with the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis
Hourly rate: £22 - £23 per hour paid weekly via umbrella
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Working on both tenanted and void properties
- Completing 2nd fix maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plaster and painting
- Completing jobs to the highest standard
To be successful as a Multi Trade Operative, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Handyman, Carpenter, Plumber, Kitchen or Bathroom Fitter)
- Own van and tools
- Willingness to have a DBS
