Tom started his journey with us during his gap year at university, and found he loved building relationships with candidates to understand what they're truly looking for, finding them roles that suit their circumstances. While working for a children’s charity he saw the value of hard work and how it can pay off for the kids, and he strives to bring that same energy to recruitment. He's returned to us after completing his final year at university as our Social Value Officer. In his spare time he loves cooking and baking.
