Sean became a part of Niyaa People in 2018, and holds the distinction of being one of our longest-standing team members. Initially studying law, he ventured into Europe, competing in cocktail and flair bartending competitions. Currently, Sean serves as a principal consultant, providing mentorship and leadership within the Trades and Labour team in the West Midlands. His future goal is to ascend to the role of Key Accounts Director, overseeing our largest accounts and ensuring they receive top-notch service nationwide. Outside of mentoring rookie recruiters, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three children with a pink gin and tonic in hand.
