Sally is our Learning & Development Manager, and has been with us for over 5 years now. She's not your typical trainer, she herself was a recruitment consultant for 9 years before moving into learning and development. She was an incredibly successful recruiter long before she started teaching, which makes her the perfect trainer. She openly states that recruitment changed her life, and she now aims to help people realise their full potential by delivering a personal and thorough training course. Her key ambition is to support the rapid growth of the business and to continue to raise the standard in developing ethical recruiters. When she's not imparting her knowledge to our recruiters, Sally dedicates her time to being a mom to two wonderful little ones. You might catch her enjoying a country walk, preferably ending at a charming pub.
