Oscar has been a part of Niyaa for two years, initially serving as a delivery consultant in the trades sector. Over time, he advanced to become a 360 passive fire protection recruitment specialist. Oscar's goal is to establish his own team dedicated solely to passive fire protection and to mentor rookie recruiters along the way. When he's not busy with work, you'll likely find him either playing rugby or enjoying a pint of Guinness (he just asked us to remove this from the website because it's 'cringe', so we're keeping it).
