Before moving into Recruitment I was a full time Electrician! My own personal knowledge and expertise in my field of recruitment has been invaluable when building relationships and representing my customers.
I have spent 2 years at Niyaa people, in that time I have hit targets, been a part of incentive and been flown out to Dubai. Needless to say, it’s a slight change to being a self-employed electrician on a construction site in Birmingham.
I love going out to meet clients and candidates, it’s one of the major positives to recruiting locally and helps build better relationships.
