His expertise lies in recruiting interim professionals for the sector and providing invaluable coaching and mentorship to his colleagues. Kane has ambitions of becoming a director within two years, overseeing four teams, and is committed to facilitating promotions for all team members within the next 18 months. Outside of the office, Kane finds joy in quality time with his family, indulging in football matches, and exploring new destinations through travel.
