While only being here for 6 months, we have managed to get my client spread across 11 clients, all with at least 1 temp working. I feel like I'm a very honest person, who values people as people. This helps within the area I cover, by understanding the candidates I work with and placing them with the ideal role that they will want to stay in. Alongside this, I feel like I am great at making relationships with both clients and candidates alike, encouraging repeat business.
I trained down in London the year of the pandemic to go into a career in the West End, however chose to continue this passion outside of work. I am now taking part in charity shows, doing what I enjoy but for a good cause.
