In my last employment of 18 years, without any formal Credit Control accreditations, I worked my way from credit controller to Team leader within 12 months and remainder Team leader until I left in April 21. I took Voluntary redundancy and was in a position to go from full-time to part-time work. Working at Niyaa People has given me this opportunity, where I have learnt new systems and I am really happy ?
My main value is honesty, I always treat others how I wish to be treated. I think it's important to remain professional under pressure, have a positive attitude towards new challenges and always how compassion to others as you don’t know when you might need it.
