Last month, we saw the Recruitment Canaries host the third conference, this time the theme was surrounding ‘Overcoming Hurdles’.
Our spring gathering was very much geared towards recruitment best practice and leadership, this time we wanted to bring some truly inspirational stories.
First up on the stage we had John Gaughan CEO of Finlay James who talked us through the journey and growth of the company, the hard learns, successes and expanding a business internationally.
After round table discussions, we heard 2 mind-blowing talks from a gold medal Paralympian and a Mental Performance coach with life stories so incredibly unique and powerful there were times the room was filled with laughter and others where you could hear a pin drop.
These we’re from non other than Andy Cohen-Wray and Danny Crates who have set up 1404 performance and would highly recommend checking them out, regardless of your sector or industry.
