Niyaa People are proudly working in partnership with Waterloo Housing Group who are immediately seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fast paced, customer focused environment in Birmingham. Due to a recent increase in workload, an additional team member is now needed on a full time, fixed term basis to handle a high volume of inbound calls that are all housing related.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key duties will be:
• To provide excellent customer service over the telephone and e-mail to all customers
• Sign post enquiries to relevant departments such as Housing Management, Repairs and Supported Housing.
• Use in house systems and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls
• Consistently deliver customer service focused targets as specified by the Team Leader
• Provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood and Communities team

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will also have:
• Experience handling housing related enquiries within a high call volume environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
• Flexibility to work from home on a rota basis including evenings and weekends
• Experience of working in a Social Housing environment is desirable

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
