2-year FTC

We are actively looking for a FM and Compliance Officer to join a local authority based in Staffordshire on a 2-year fixed term contract.

As the FM and Compliance Officer, you will be:
• To monitor and manage the contracts in regards to fire safety, asbestos, legionella, electrical and gas of commercial properties.
• To monitor and review the use of operational premises including the fire evacuation procedures and make recommendations for any remedial action.
• To assist the Building Surveyor with monitoring the health and safety and other areas of compliance of construction projects in accordance with the Client requirements.

Key experience and qualifications:
• Experience in facilities management and compliance working in a building management team.
• Knowledge of the current CDM Regulations
• Pro-active and ability to manage own diary.
