We are actively looking for a Contract Manager/Project Manager to run a range of projects across the West Midlands such as Soil & Vent replacements & Fire compliance projects for social housing.
As the Project Manager, you will be:
Plan and coordinate the project from start to end, including scheduling the costings, budgets and work plans ensuring the project is delivered on time.
Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control
Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers
Managing up to 10 engineers across the sites.

Key experience and qualifications:
Experience in a similar role as a Project Manager or a Contracts Manager.
Experience in managing 10+ engineers.
Client and Tenant liaison experience.
Fire and Legionella knowledge and experience ideal not essential
