We have a new opportunity for a Property Compliance Manager to join a housing association based in Cheltenham covering maternity leave for a 12 month fixed term contract.

As the Property Compliance Manager, you will be:

- Effectively manage delivery of health and safety compliance for the managed properties to include the big 6 of compliance- asbestos, gas, water, fire, electrical and H&S.
- Managing a team of a Compliance surveyor and a Compliance Officer.
- Covering maternity cover with consultancy support to procure new Asbestos survey and remediation contracts and following fire risk assessments to manage actions to completion.

Experience and qualifications needed for the role:

- Experience working in a similar role for a housing association or local authority.
- Asbestos knowledge
- Data management experience.
