Business Development Executive

Are you currently working in estimating or sales for an electrical contractor wishing to be more successful?
Do you have an established list of contacts to give you the platform to succeed?
Put your flair and expertise into this busy and varied BDE role, working for a mechanical & electrical services business that work across the West Midlands. It goes without saying, you will be representing the company at face value, so professionalism and the attitude to succeed is an absolute must.
Covering East and West Midlands, you will be expected to:
·Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and secure opportunities for surveys and tenders from concept to completion.
·You will also be expected to spend 80% out of the office attending meetings and networking with 20% researching and developing leads along with updating social media.
·Create reports of your pipeline and forecasts in monthly meetings to the company management team.
·Be responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting; support is available from the directors for large or comprehensive pitches
To be considered you will have:
·Worked within in the M&E services iindustry
·Have knowledge of M&E and Construction
·Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
·Capable of working independently as the role will require self-management from time-to-time
