Do you want the chance to join a well-established nationwide property services company within the UK. The company have multiple entities that they specialise in but the company are specifically looking for a well-rounded repairs Supervisor to support social housing projects and complete the repairs current managed properties in and around the Birmingham area.
The Supervisor that we are looking for is someone who has past experience of working on repairs and property improvements, specifically within social housing for the past 12 months or previously for the same length of time. You will also be required to have an up to date SSSTS certification that will need to be provided.
The successful supervisor will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing the day to day responsibilities on site.
Ensuring that all trades are monitored.
Managing the quality of work in accordance to company standards.
Ensure that project work is kept within budget.
Liaising with the client and tenants to manage the property repairs.
Managing complaints for both client and customer
In return the supervisor will receive:
30k-34k Per Annum
Company van plus fuel card
Yearly Bonus (dependant on company performance)
Life insurance cover
