An immediate temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduler with a Midlands based specialist Repairs and Maintenance contractor.
Following the acquisition of a number of social housing repairs and refurbishment contracts, they are now seeking for a Scheduler to join their office in Birmingham.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Scheduler:
·You will be able to work well under pressure
·General admin duties
·Liaising with contractors and engineers
·Schedule follow on works
·Raise purchase orders for materials and sub-contractors
·Booking trade works in liaising with the contract manager
·Dealing with client and customer queries
To be considered for this position as a Scheduler:
·Have experience within a similar type role, such as: repairs scheduling or social housing, planning projects, housing
·Must have previous scheduling experience (Required)
·A background within a housing or contractor setting would be advantageous
·Have experience in using Northgate in-house system, however training will be given
·The desire to consistently provide excellent customer service
·First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
·An understanding of responsive repairs contracts and what constitutes an excellent service
·Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails
In Return as a Scheduler you will receive:
·Paying up to £13.00 per hour depending on experience
·40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
·Weekly on time payments every Friday
