Bury 20 - 22 per hour Contract

A vacancy has arisen for a Finisher to work in the Bury area of North Manchester. You'll be working in tenanted properties with an hourly rate of £22 on a temporary to permanent contract.

Your future employer offers -
- Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 4:30pm and Friday 08:00 - 3:30pm
- Temp to perm contract
- Negotiable perm salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme
The ideal finisher will have the following -
- Experience carrying out Tiling, Grouting, General finishing skills, Sealing.
- Previous experience working in Social Housing.
- CSCS Card (desirable not essential)
- NVQ in relevant trades
Day to day duties of the Finisher -
- Carry out multi skilled repairs on social housing properties
- Working on tenanted properties
- Basic joinery, tiling, brick work, patch plastering & plumbing
