Milton Keynes 22 - 24 per hour Contract

This is an opportunity to join a social housing contractor, working on social housing void contract for a leading housing association. The contract is on-going, with 3+ years' worth of work left on the contract. You'll benefit from a van, fuel card, competitive rate, and option to go permanent.

The role of Voids Supervisor:
- Overseeing the subcontractors within the Birmingham region
- Ensuring Health and Safety is up to company standard
- Keeping records and progress reports up to date.
- 5 year contract, with the option to go permanent
In order to be successful for the Voids Supervisor role:
- Experience in Social Housing
- Experience within a supervisory position
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
