Gas Engineer
Servicing and Repairs

£36,400 Basic Salary
40 hours work per week (Monday - Friday)
Company van and fuel card provided
If you are looking to work with a large well established Housing Association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
This company specialises in property maintenance. They are currently looking for a Gas Engineer to join their team.
You will be working as part of a small team in the service and breakdown department.
To be considered for this role as a Gas Engineer you must have the following:
• ACS Gas Qualified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 & CPA1)
• Own hand tools
• Full UK licence
• Previous social housing experience
The work will consist of the following:
• Servicing of boilers
• Boiler repairs
• Occasional boiler installs (If experienced but not essential)
In return the Gas Engineer will receive the following:
• 24/7 service from our staff.
• Company Van + Fuel Card.
• Training supplied
• Testing unit and power tools supplied
• 36 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Long Service Awards
