I've been with Niyaa People since day one and I've watched it grow ever since. I now hold the title Operations Director, but I've done a lot behind the scenes to make the business work and get it where it is today.
Besides managing Niyaa People’s Operations, HR and Payroll function, I'll also try my hand at anything that needs to be done within the business. From the Annual conference, development work to our CRM, new IT systems and organising the best incentives, I try my best to make it all look easy.
