The Client is a Property Maintenance Company working on behalf of Council and Housing Associations across the Midlands

The company have a regional office based in Lincolnshire. Where there is a contract with a Local Housing Associations,
We have our Regional Office in Louth where our Lincolnshire contract are run from, we have contracts with Local Housing Associations and Councils running Void, D2D and planned works.

They are looking for a Void Assesor to join the team, experience in social housing and working in void and reactive repairs is preferred.

You will be reporting to the Louth Contracts Manager on Day to Day contracts and supporting the Voids Supervisor in busy periods.

You will need to have a trade background, and be confident in assessing repairs and advising a solution on how to rectify including material requirements and timescales. Liaising with the Resource Scheduler on repairs which come in and need assessing before they can be booked in, supporting the contracts manager with preparing quotes and carrying out quality checks on the trades also acting as a point of contact for trades to contact for technical queries on day to day repairs.

In busy periods or in time of annual leave or sickness, to support the void supervisor in completing quality checks on the voids and potentially installing keysafes/ pre inspecting.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM with a 1 Hours lunch break

CSCS card required

• Experience in assessing repairs within the social housing maintenence industry.
• A Clean Driving Licence.
• Experience Working with a schedule of rates.
• Must Have A CSCS Card

Clean driving license required as will be provided a company vehicle

• £25,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year
• A permanent position within the company
