A medium sized Facilities Management organisation that has offices UK wide are seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This Position is for someone who has experience as a Planner:
• Dealing with the scheduling of maintenance repairs to plans asset out by project plans
• Logging all information on the internal system and database management
• You will be joining a small but vibrant team with the opportunity for growth

The Ideal Scheduler will have:
• Have experience within a similar type role, such as: repairs scheduling or high level, fast paced customer service environments
• A background within a housing or contractor setting would be advantageous
• The desire to consistently provide excellent customer service
• First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
• An understanding of responsive repairs contracts and what constitutes an excellent service

• The successful Scheduler will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisation
• Paying up to £9.90 per hour
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Weekly payments every Friday
