A Project Manager is required for one of the UK’s leading office fit out and refurbishment contractors. This company is a £1billion turnover business and has been established for over 50 years, winning multiple awards within the industry. They specifically specialise in Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial and Education sectors.
As a Project Manager you will be expected to:

• Ensure the delivery of the project within the budget and time scales specified
• Focus on quality, customer service and delivery as you may be working in a live environment at times.
• Guaranteeing the profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
• You will have excellent business acumen and a passion for Health & Safety control, both internally and externally
• Close and effective management of both directly employed staff and sub-contract labour to ensure that commercial control is retained.
• Projects you will be working on range in value from £50 000 to £80million

To be successful in this positon as a Project Manager:
• In order to be successful in the role will need to have previously worked within the commercial fit out sector, ideally within office refurbishments and retail sector.
• You will need to hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
